They upgraded us for free in a better room with nile view, they were so kind and nice. The rooms were clean, the breakfast delicious and generous, they even prepared lunchboxes for us one day when we had to wake up early for our trip. The hotel is located in a nice quiet island so it was very relaxing away from the city but its easy to reach the city by ferry. Totally recommend it and we will definitely visit again!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and I was pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The service was excellent, the staff were extremely professional and friendly, and the food was outstanding throughout the entire cruise. I would like to sincerely thank all the crew members for their effort and hospitality. A special thanks to Abdullah, the Front Office Manager, for his professionalism and kindness, and Mr. Nasr Hashem, the Ship Manager, for running such a high-quality and well-organized cruise. Lake Nasser is truly one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, and I strongly believe it is a destination everyone should visit at least once. The Prince Abbas , Lake Nasser cruises is among the most beautiful cruises in the world, and I highly recommend this experience to everyone. I will definitely come back again, and I highly recommend it to all travelers.

We took a cruise from Aswan to Luxor. The cruise staff are all friendly and willing to help, including reception, housekeeping, and all staff in the restaurant. We felt at home with a big family. When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.
