I like the facilities, the room was beautiful, bed comfortable, and everything was clean and smelled good. The view was amazing. But the best part was the service provided. It was the best hotel service I have ever received. The staff went above and beyond multiple time to make sure we had everything we need and that we were comfortable. Ahmed in two occasions called directly the people we had tours with to ensure we didn’t wait more than needed for them and was able to communicate with them important things that we as tourists were not able to. They also dropped water and beverages from time to time unrequested just to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and with the view even better. Also the place have a restaurant which is convenient if you get back to the hotel late and don’t want to go out again.This place exceeded my expectations, and it’s recommended specially if you don’t know the language, there is a friendly staff there ready to help.

I stayed at this apartment for 6 nights during my visit to Cairo, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The place felt incredibly safe and comfortable, like a home away from home. The staff and the owner were exceptionally welcoming and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made all the difference in making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Their hospitality and attentiveness created a warm and accommodating environment that I genuinely appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly place to stay in Cairo.

This hotel was simply perfect for a relaxing holiday. The kids had a great time the pool was fun, and the jacuzzi was a real treat. We also loved that we could bring our dog along. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were beautifully furnished, calm, and comfortable, with such a great energy all around. A special thanks to Mr. Hussein, who was the perfect example of professionalism, warmth, and hospitality. He went above and beyond throughout our stay to make sure the children were entertained and that we had everything we needed for comfort and enjoyment. We will definitely be coming back!
