The apartments are very central and very clean. They have everything you need and they are cleverly furnished in order to have more space. The check in was very easy. I would definitely recommend this to a friend visiting Madrid. I can't comment on the air-conditioning (which was not the commercial way of cooling a room) as the weather was not very hot when we visited and we were very happy with the room at this time of year.
