Located in Lappeenranta, within less than 1 km of Lappeenranta Harbour and a 11-minute walk of South Karelian Art Museum, Hotelli Rakuuna provides accommodation with a shared lounge and as well as... It was my first time in Lappeenranta and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The hotel is fabulous, filled with history, clean, confortable, and staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. A few blocks down the hotel's street, there's a brewery called Tuju (To you) that serves a Margherita pizza (Marko-Riitta as they call it) that's simply the best I've ever tasted. The city of Lappeenranta as a whole invites one to walk around, contemplate the lakes, its beautiful streets and parks and enjoy some of the famous South Karelia's cakes (10 out of 10). It's been definitely an experience worth repeating ;)

Absolutely perfect place for a couples getaway. Jacuzzi, sauna and horses on the field next to you. Kind of secluded on top of the hill but still the friendly host is not far. Highly recommended for both Finns and foreigners. You can spend one night in Järvisydän but several weekends here!

I liked everything, the house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, the instructions were clear and following them you could relax comfortably. there were a lot of different dishes in the house, which made me very happy
