Fantastic staff, we met a lovely Canadian man who checked us in and served us at the hotel bar. I also loved that I had a fridge in my bedroom and the shower was fab.

Washington House Hotel offers boutique accommodation in a Grade-II-listed Victorian Villa in central Bournemouth. It has free parking and is 5 minutes' walk from the beach and pier. The whole property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious, with big windows, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Toiletries provided, water, coffee, tea refilled every day. Although it was fully booked, it was quiet and couldn’t hear any disturbing noises from other guests. Also, the garden is just beautiful! The check in was very smooth and easy and was able to check in a bit earlier. The property is in a good location if you want to enjoy the beach and go for a walk in town as well. Everything is within short walking distance.

Located in Ambleside, 9.1 km from World of Beatrix Potter, Ambleside Salutation Hotel & Spa provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We loved our room especially the powerful shower. Upon arrival we had dinner in the restaurant and headed straight to the spa. The spa has amazing facilities, we especially enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious and had on offer a wide variety of different foods. The location of the hotel was superb, it was in the town center but we felt like we really were away from everything. Overall, it was a very relaxing break-away in the Lakes.

The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa is a luxury grade II, boutique hotel offering bright rooms with free WiFi and a great central location, just a minutes’ walk from the beach. Nice breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. We had a couple of gifted food items that they put in a refrigerator for us until our room was ready. We really appreciated that.
