This was the third stay at this wonderful hotel and spa, and once again it was an amazing, relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely outstanding, just as we remembered. I have coeliac disease but the team were very knowledgeable and careful, which made dining completely stress free. We left feeling refreshed and very well cared for. We will definitely be returning again this place never disappoints!

Our hotel is perfectly situated with views of Lake Windermere, just a short stroll from the bustling village centre of Bowness-on-Windermere and the boats that travel the length of Windermere, making... Lovely room with view of Lake Windermere. Excellent breakfast. Pub evening meal was great. Second time we have stayed at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa is a luxury grade II, boutique hotel offering bright rooms with free WiFi and a great central location, just a minutes’ walk from the beach. Room was cozy, beds comfortable, bathroom modern ans well-mantained. Breakfast very rich and big selection & good coffee :) in addition, upon my request they arranged box of chocolates & rose petals in the room & staff kept a secret of not telling this to my partner :) staff very friendly and professional. Definitely would come next time and tried also their spa.

Our room was one of the Stable Rooms and it was absolutely lovely. The room was small but well-appointed and clean. The staff, especially Alex at reception and the bartenders were pleasant and accommodating....always with a warm smile. The grounds are gorgeous. We will be back!
