Second time staying here and really enjoyed it. I managed to take advantage of the sauna this time around and highly recommend! (not sure how I skipped that during last year's stay!) The beds are hands down the best I've slept in in Tbilisi after several trips to the city, which is notorious for a plenitude of Soviet-era spring torture devices passed off as mattresses. The owner really made the right choice to put proper mattresses in. And Keti who manages all the daily affairs is absolutely awesome and sweetheart of a human : )

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is in an old historic building, which was renovated only a year ago, so everything is new. The furnishings are immaculate and the attention to detail is incredible. The location is unbeatable - walking distance to everything and only minutes walk to the main sites in the old town. The staff were fantastic and helped me a lot with local tips for restaurants, etc. They made me feel really at home. The room was very comfortable and well-equiped - they have thought of everything! If you can, pay more for a room with a balcony - the views over the river are worth the upgrade. They can provide breakfast on request and offer a number of services, e.g. massage. Otherwise, you can get breakfast at one of many cafes in the old town.

In every aspect, from the luxurious facilities to the personal touches from the staff, our stay at Swissôtel Tbilisi was exceptional. We left feeling thoroughly cared for and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a five-star experience in the heart of the city.
