Selina, the woman at reception, is great! She was always willing to answer our questions and help us out. Our daughter really loved chatting with her as well. The room was new and clean. The beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff did.a great job. It was a surprisingly short walk to the downtown area. We would stay here again for sure.

O quarto era espetacular, com um vista incrível sobre a cidade de Chania e com um por do sol lindo. Todo o staff foi fantástico e fizeram da nossa estadia memorável, mesmo apesar da chuva que marcou a nossa viagem. O pequeno almoço, levado ao quarto, era maravilhoso.

Overlooking the Blue Flag Hersonissos Beach, the all-inclusive Creta Maris Resort combines a Cretan hospitality and green-oriented environment with exclusive 5-star services. We loved that it was so big that the beach and pools weren't overly crowded. However, we did stay on the adult exclusive side so our pool was a bit more relaxed and less people. I definitely recommend if you want a relaxed couple trip to go for the adult deluxe for sure. Otherwise you may be surrounded by screaming children. They even have a separate area on a very nice covered patio for adults only at the main buffet. As well as some adult only nights at the restaurants. It is also a very good resort for kids! They had plenty of pools for kids as well as an arcade, waterpark, kids club with activities throughout the day, etc. We ended up just relaxing by the pool/beach but they had activities for adults as well if you're interested in that. Greek lessons, out door cinema, live music, etc. WE LOVEDDD the aperol spritz bar, wish it was closer to the adult pool 😉 (but it's not that far 😂) We loved the view from our seaside room it was beautiful. The way they set up our room for our honeymoon was adorable (and it was free of charge☺️). The room also had an included mini bar, robe, and slippers. The house keepers were incredible! They kept our room super tidy wiped down the floors daily, gave us new towels (including beach ones) Servers were amazing as well, even during rushes they kept their cool. a la cartes were absolutely incredible. Platia's food was INCREDIBLE. I've never been so full in my life. Mademi was also pretty good food wise, but the views were so so good. We didn't get to the others because when looking at the menus they seemed similar to what was at the main buffet for vegetarians.

Built in 1925 and classified as a monument, the GDM Megaron is located in the heart of Heraklion, overlooking the old Venetian port and within walking distance of all the major sights of the city. Super friendly kind hearted reception at arrival. Our rooms were spacious, superior furnishings with all the amenities one could ask for in the bathroom and in the kitchen nook. In all our years of travel we have never experienced a combination of warm heartedness coupled with professionalism and genuine friendliness in one. From the reception to the staff at breakfast we were met with happiness. The cleaning staff we’re especially forthcoming and kind. Our views from our room facing the harbour was outer worldly. Panoramic views of the Harbour, the Port, the Ocean and the ancient walls kept us in awe. We watched the sun set and each morning we were filled with excited anticipation of the new ships in the harbour. And this all with never hearing a sound from outside unless we opened the terraces doors and windows. Totally soundproof. We thoroughly enjoyed five star treatment in this hotel.

The hotel was perfect! Exceptionally clean and modern, the location was great, and staff were very helpful and responded our questions very quickly.

Com ótima localização em Rethymno Town, no centro da cidade, Mansio Boutique Hotel oferece café da manhãem estilo buffet e Wi-Fi grátis em toda a propriedade. O hotel é muito bonito, o quarto (que no nosso caso era o standard) era grande, muito confortável. Cama com o colchão coco-mate, óptimo!!! Por ser um hotel boutique, de pequena dimensão, tem sempre um ambiente calmo, sem qualquer confusão, óptimo para descansar. A localização é excelente, numa das praças principais da cidade antiga e a distancia a pé de todo o lado. Pequeno almoço era óptimo, com muitos produtos locais, muito variado e durante a semana em que estivemos foram variando a oferta. Estacionamento muito conveniente. A simpatia e eficiência de todos os funcionários. Se voltar a Rethymno voltaremos a ficar neste hotel.

Everything is at the highest detail of quality. The staff is very professional and welcoming, the services are top quality and everything about the building and the decorations is perfect.
