Meydani Suites exceeded our expectations in every way! First, Martina and John were THE BEST hosts!! They go out of their way to care for their guests as if they are hosting them in their own home...because it is John's ancestral home:) Martina makes the most delicious (and generous) breakfast and John graciously serves it while sharing information about the area and tips for great hikes and things to do. The suites themselves are each unique, lovely, clean, and generous in size and view. My family and I would choose to stay here again and again and again.

Nestling in the green hills below Platamonas Castle, Hotel Kymata offers impressive views of mount Olympus and the glittering Aegean Sea. Fresh fish dishes can be enjoyed at the hotel’s restaurant. I rated this hotel very highly because it truly is exceptional in its category. The view from the sea-facing rooms is like being on a ship. The breakfasts are very varied, especially for Mediterranean countries. The service, led by the owner, is excellent. The hotel restaurant is also exceptional, even beyond the simple act of eating breakfast or dinner right by the sea. It has its own private beach. There are many attractions nearby, from Mount Olympus to the charming old village of Panteleimonas, with its excellent restaurant, all hand-carved by the owner. We weren't the only ones who enjoyed this carved restaurant; we even met a former Prime Minister of Greece there. For me, the hotel has no weaknesses for the price you pay.
