Valen Mare Suites were an exceptional choice for our holiday in Thassos. Very close to one of the best beaches on the whole island (Golden Beach, about 4-5 minutes away on foot). Our room (maisonette) was very accommodating and had all the facilities we wanted. The beds were comfy and we had a small kitchen that was more useful than we initially thought (apparently Greeks don't have a breakfast culture, as most taverns are closed in the morning, so we unfortunately had to cook on our holiday, as well). A big, big thank you to Nicole for how nice and attentive to details she was! We've never had a room this clean every single day, not even in 5-star hotels. She even did the dishes on the couple of occasions when we didn't do them ourselves! All in all, she was of great help during our stay. Lucia, if you're reading this - just know that you've struck gold with Nicole and you should treasure her!

It is 25 min drive to limenas, where ferries land and the night life is intense, if that is what you are looking for. Driving did not bother us, so feel confident if you are looking for a clean, modern place with gusto. He has some good recommendations around for dining as well.

Village Esperia has a really good atmosphere and decoration. All of the corners are just like an IG point. We had stayed next to the pool and we were just entering to the pool from our room. Especially very comfortable to stay with children.
