We were greeted by a lovely lady. Our room was adorably decorated. It was an easy walk to places to eat and amazing views of Vikos Gorge. People come from all over the world to hike the amazing trails in the area. There is something for everyone, from easy strolls to trails that require hiking boots. This area is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues since roads and trails are bumpy and steep.

Set in Papigko, Astra Inn offers a restaurant, mountain views and free WiFi, 6.4 km from Monastery of Panagia Spiliotissa and 27 km from Aoos River. A hot tub is available for guests. Great location, at the heart if Papingo, with great view to Astraka peak. Spacious and cozy stone house, managed by a good host, made our stay an idyllic experience

Hotel Machalas is a large complex of apartments. It is located in Kipoi village which is in central Zagori. The complex’s traditional architecture is based on wood and hand-hewn stone. The property located right at the beginning of the loop trail along the famous bridges of Zagori. Authentic design, perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed, small good equipped kitchen, self controlled fast heating, hot water any time. Great tavern just across the street. Good breakfast. Our deepest gratitude to the owners.

Boasting garden views, Lichovo provides accommodation with patio, around 6.3 km from Monastery of Panagia Spiliotissa. The breakfast was amazing, the staff really friendly and kind. We stayed for new years eve and they offered us 'Vasilopita' and as we won the coin, they gave us an extra gift. Also the fireplace in the room was great.

Very helpful and kind hostess! We followed her advice and had a magical trip at Zagorochoria. The breakfast was decent, had variety and was homemade. The room was warm and exactly what we expected.
