The service is impeccable and makes your stay so much more enjoyable!! Luis and Carlos our waiters always went above and beyond (plus fluent English). Food was Amazing! Tour to Tikal and sunset horseback ride we’re great. Highly recommend this spot !!

I have an autistic boy who enjoys seeing the sunset at Peten Itza Lake. I'm really thankful to all the staff who made my son's dream of having a campfire near the lake while enjoying the sunset. Thank you to Martin, Don Hector, Kevin, and all staff for their assistance throughout our stay in the hotel.

Located in the island of Flores, in a quiet street. Very vivid atmosphere for all ages and styles, great food and drinks. Very helpful personell. Our private room was nicely decorated and arranged. Really relaxing. We had a good and hassle free experience with their travel agency.
