You have basement parking and various restaurants to choose from. The private beach is just perfect and it is nice seeing a healthy ocean with lots of fish.

A praia é ótima, parace que estamos dentro de um aquário de tão cristalina que é a água e ainda com presença de peixes. O estacionamento é no hotel e com boas vagas. Os funcionários são sempre prestativos e simpáticos, todos os serviços funcionam muito bem. A comida do café da manhã e jantar é deliciosa, de qualidade e diversificada. Além de se comer em um lindo restaurante com vista para o mar. O quarto oferece todo o conforto possível e tem uma ótima distribuição do espaço. Tudo no estabelecimento é de qualidade: da recepção, do quarto, banheiro, área do SPA, elevador, restaurante e etc. E dentro desse tema tem o design do hotel que é sofisticado e bonito. A área da piscina e jacuzzi são relaxantes e com uma vista linda para mar. O acesso as toalhas é perfeito e ainda há um roupão para cada hospede no quarto. A academia é boa para um hotel. Enfim, só tenho elogios para os dias que passamos.

The staff is amazing. Cleaning team, restaurant team, reception -- all of them. So friendly, you feel cared about and any issue to be solved. I've not met such a polite and friendly team before and I traveled a lot. The pool's infinite view is very nice, and access to an almost private beach is a great bonus. The sea view is amazing!

Set just above the coastline promenade in Opatija, the impressive Hotel Ambasador - by Liburnia Hotels & Villas provides free access to its Wellness & Spa Centre, which has swimming pools, a fitness... If I could sum it up in one sentence – this was the best vacation of my life. The hotel provides a level of service that always exceeds expectations. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with excellent soundproofing, all the essentials you might need, and an efficient air-conditioning system. Food deserves special thanks to the hotel team. The selection is outstanding, catering to every taste – everything is incredibly fresh, from fruits to desserts. The spacious dining halls with sea views make every meal a delight. Room service could offer a slightly wider menu, but delivery is impressively fast. As for the staff – every single person is professional, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. A special thanks to the management for creating such a high standard of hospitality. Parking. The hotel has a large public parking area nearby, but since the street is narrow, spots fill up quickly. I recommend using the hotel’s underground parking. It is tight, so if you don’t have much driving experience, it’s best to let the staff park the car for you (they kindly do this free of charge). Beach. The location is breathtaking – right on the seafront, with a private beach, crystal-clear water, and amazing marine life for snorkeling. In addition to the private beach, there’s also a pool and access to several public beaches nearby. Infrastructure. Opatija itself is a gem – a charming blend of Austrian, Italian, and Croatian architecture. The city center is beautiful, perfect for strolling and relaxing, with plenty of seaside restaurants. There are also shops, a market, and supermarkets (though parking in town can be a challenge). Prices are, of course, on the “touristy” side. In summary: we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel, the beautiful city of Opatija, and Croatia.

Excellent service and welcoming reception. Everything in the hotel from the parking lot to the hallway and the room is so relaxing and soothing. Just lying a bit on the bed and soft pillows and taking a shower in the marble bathroom was so re-charging and invigorating.

This is our best hotel experience ever. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. It is more about service than it's about food. Food is delicious, but adding excellent service to it gives it 5 star PLUS The shower in the room - we enjoyed it so much. The rooftop is marvelous. I think we must come back here .

Has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, kitchenware and tupperware included, towels, shower gels etc. The jacuzzi and sauna are a great bonus, easy to use and very relaxing.
