The staff were very friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The spa and wellness area were a great bonus after a long day. Overall, everything was perfectly organized, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We loved Villa Vino & Grad. The apartment we had was bright and felt brand new. It had the best shower and most comfortable bed we have had on our long trip at 8 other places. Careful if you have kids though--that water can get HOT! The kitchen had everything we needed as well. The location was quiet and convenient to downtown Zagreb--30 min walk or quick 3-stop tram ride. We also loved that it was dog-friendly and had private, gated parking. The best feature though was the host: Rosemary! She was so kind, so accommodating, and hilarious! We won't stay anywhere else when we return.
