The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was extraordinary. the chefs and the servers and everyone was like a family in just few hours. it was truly home away from home and everyone was genuine and superb. room was extraordinary and facilities. i left my heart there and miss every moment. i really wish i can go there again and each time ill choose this hotel. their Saturday brunch was also amazing. Room service was quick and food was great. loved every moment.

The hotel is so beautifully designed. We stayed in a grand deluxe room and it was spectacular. The views from our room was just wow! Pool on level 5 is great. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was amazing with lots of options. We met the general manager, Sebastian, when we accidentally stumbled unto a wrong floor. He was so welcoming and told us about the designer of the hotel. Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. This will be our go to in Jakarta from now on.

It was a great experience.. wonderful hotel in all aspects.. Cleanliness, breakfast is very varied.. Room service.. the connection to the mall is a beautiful thing.. I can't believe what happened to me as I was surprised by a gift of a toy from housekeeping for my son and a message indicating their happiness with my presence..I've been touched by the kind gesture. about the breakfast, you will never be confused.. as they have all kinds of food.. English, Indian, Arabic, and international.. they have live cooking and their service is excellent I would like to thank all grand hayatt team a special thanks to Ahmed Diyas

Located right in the heart of Jakarta and a 2-minute walk from Senayan Golf Course, Faimont Jakarta offers modern and luxurious city getaway with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi access in all... The Fairmont is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in Jakarta. Although I only had a short stay, the room I stayed in was comfortable and the hotel's facilities I utilised (gym, pool, breakfast buffet and access to Plaza Senayan) are excellent. I have to also express my gratitude to the hotel's team members. Every interaction from the moment I arrived to the day I checked out was met with both friendliness and professionalism and it made my stay all the more special. I look forward to staying at Fairmont the next time I'm in Jakarta.
