The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, very clean and modern. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the restaurant – every single meal we had was delicious. Big compliments to the chef! The 24/7 reception was also a big plus, always available to assist. The service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. Their positive attitude made us feel like royalty, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Overall, this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you to the entire team for such warm hospitality – we’ll definitely be back!

Located a 15-minute walk to the beach, Medana Resort Lombok offers easy access to the 3 Gili Islands. The resort features a swimming pool and restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay of three nights. It felt a bit dystopian sometimes since we were the only guests at that time, nonetheless we never had the luxury of a private resort before. The bungalow was spacious, comfortable and traditionally furnished. The outside shower and bath were great. The facilities such as the swimming pool were very nice. The area was green, peaceful and quiet, everything was well maintained. We ate twice at the resort and really enjoyed the food. We rented a scooter at the resort to move around, visit beaches and the waterfalls. The staff was hospitable, warm, friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back. Oh, and we loved Sasa (the dog).

Located on Sire Beach, Hotel Tugu Lombok offers spacious rooms with private balconies. Overlooking the ocean and Mount Rinjani, it features a fitness centre, 2 pools and free Wi-Fi. Our stay at Tugu was outstanding. The hotel has a very charming look and combines luxury with tradition super well. The service / staff could read your wishes without asking :D, they have been super helpful with all our wishes and they exceeded any expectations we had. The food was amazing, best food we had in Lombok - especially the traditional curries. The breakfast menu is better than buffet. The pools are super nice, and the bigger pool is great for swimming. The beach is large and there is enough room and space for everyone, you feel like you are alone. The hotel has a great reef for snorkeling, better than most diving sites, if you like corals and fishes. We booked some activities and they were all great, we had a nice driver who went the extra mile for our requests (Adri). The Spa is also highly recommended, the massages were amazing, so good that we almost went every day :D. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel, best hotel stay of my life so far and I have been in many places.

We felt almost privileged to be welcomed in this magnificent, newly renovated hotel. Everything has been studied and thought out to satisfy the customer. The rooms are elegant and clean, and the bathroom is just perfect. The pool is cool and surrounded by superb deckchairs. And the best part is the beach! Directly in front of the hotel, we had breakfast directly with our feet in the sand. It was excellent... frankly, I recommend this paradise nestled on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Santorini Resort Gili Air! We stayed in the Santorini North rooms, which offered a breathtaking sea view… it truly felt like a dream. The beach is literally right in front of the rooms, making the whole experience even more magical. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from our terrace was just perfect. The atmosphere is peaceful, the setting is idyllic, and every detail of the resort invites you to relax. A special thank you to the staff, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. A true slice of paradise… we couldn’t recommend it more!
