From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. My first trip to India and I can say I ended it in the best way.

The family who owns this really sweet little place are kind, compassionate at what they are closing and go above and beyond to make everyone really nice. We were delayed I leaving by out taxi and Ashley made us delicious lemon, mint and ginger drinks. So refreshing and kind! The room was very comfortable, but we did hear prayers over a loud speaker at about 6:00 am. We were awake as we had come in on an all night flight. Other than that it was truly a wonderful stay. I especially loved her breakfast dosas and chai tea. We also loved that it was so close to the airport (TRV) and not far from shopping. We will most likely stay here again when we pass through. Forte Kochi is a luxurious heritage hotel offering 5-star accommodation on Princess Street in Fort Kochi. Excellent property, great service! Special mentions for 1) front desk manager Chacko, who made us feel very welcome when we arrived and had an answer for any query 2) Durga, the always smiling host of Jetty restaurant in the hotel, who took great care of our orders whether at the restaurant or in-room.

Gorgeous property, very friendly staff, lovely garden and pool for relaxing. Food was amazing. Easy to book outings and activities through the property

Fantastisk beliggenhet, rolig og fredelig, vennlig familie, god service. Deilig frokost! Bestilte også middag en dag laget av bestemor. Deilig! 100 m til fantastisk strand. Ligger rett ved beste restaurant i området som heter Café Fisherman anbefaler fish mango curry.

This place is pure magic! Absolutely loved my stay here. The most peaceful location beside Lake Vembanad, the saltwater pool is lovely to dip in, the staff so friendly, the cottages are so lovely and spacious but the highlight has to be the food. Incredible meals! I will definitely be back.

I Kochi, 2,1 kilometer fra Kochi Biennale Foundation, ligger Ginger House Museum Hotel, som har et utendørsbasseng, gratis privat parkering, en hage og en terrasse. The hotel was eclectic and luxurious. Tha staff tripped over themselves to serve you promptly and happily. The owner himself greeted us on the morning and was always treating us with extra specialities that they had made for breakfast. Certainly won't go hungry. Overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend!!
