The ambience was very good with neat and clean rooms. The balcony with tables and chairs added to the beauty of the place. The environment was very peaceful. Most importantly the home owner was very polite and did his best to serve us. In all, it was a wonderful experience. Thank You Mr. Ravi for making our stay so wonderful.

INCREDIBLE stay - long review, but so much to compliment then on. First off, the room (and bed) were very spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a giant windowsill/day bed that had wonderful light, there was an area for our clothes in addition to the large bathroom, giant bed and TV, and PRIVATE POOL! Wife did poolside yoga and I splashed around and laid out in the afternoons. SPECTACULAR service. Ganesh and his team really went the extra mile for us. Shuttled us back and forth to the safaris, Ganesh fought (and succeeded) on getting us Tala gate despite it being last minute (saw 6 tigers - worth getting Tala) and wow, the staff catered to our every need and kept the grounds immaculate, all with a smile and positive attitude. FOOD WAAS DELICIOUS and we got to enjoy it under the gazebo, on the lawn, in the dining building....we really felt like visiting royalty - such a special stay, wish we had more than our four nights.

Close to both Lakshmana Temple and Kandariya Mahadeva Temple, Hello India home stay is located in Khajurāho and has a hot tub and garden. I enjoyed my time in Hello India Home Stay because of hospitality of Lavkush and his family. I liked village vibe of the hotel. Children were playing outside and riding bicycle. Cows, sheep and goats are walking on the street. Neighbors are talking to each other. I found this ambiance very charming and cozy. I liked hotel location as I needed some peace and silence after noisy and crowded Varanasi. I asked silence and no people around, Universe heard and sent me here! My room was comfortable and looked the same as in booking.com pictures. But there was NO electric kettle or coffee machine in my room despite booking confirmation listed it. I didn’t see any restaurants around, so I asked Lavkush to provide me with homemade lunch, dinner and tea during my stay. There is a family kitchen which can be used by travelers. One time I had my lunch at the Saffron restaurant opposite to Western Group of Temples in Khajuraho and can recommend that restaurant. What was confusing: Hotel is located incorrectly in booking.com map. When I checked booking.com, it looked like that hotel was at the end of the main street in a walkable distance from the main temples. So I had big plans how I would be running between eastern and western group of temples. But when I was in the hotel and next day opened map on my phone, both eastern and western group of temples were very far, 10 minutes of driving distance, not walkable. Hotel is located at Achanar village just outside of Kajuraho. Well, all temples were easily accessible by tuk tuk for 200 rupees one way. Wi-Fi internet issues: Wi-Fi internet was very weak and slow, that I had a digital detox finally! Internet worked veryyyyyyyyy slowly only when Lavkush was at home as he was sharing mobile internet. Electricity issues: There is no electricity from time to time, but Lavkush has backup generator.
