Opened in June 2018, Hotel 1001 Nott offers modern accommodation 5 km from Egilsstadir. The hotel features outdoor hot tubs overlooking Lake Lagarfljót. There is also an on-site bar. One of my favorite hotels in all five trips I've done to Iceland. The staff are helpful and friendly and the place is very warm and cozy. The view of the lake from the room is perfect for viewing the northern lights right from your bed!!! The breakfast and dinner are excellent.

I Egilsstaðir, 40 kilometer fra Hengifoss, ligger Finnsstaðir Holiday Home with Hot tub, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering og en terrasse. Great and quiet location. Comfortable for a group 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 WC with 1 shower. Well equipped kitchen and nice comfortable living room to relax before bed. Since it’s part of the ranch, we got greeted with sheep in the morning!

Laugarfell Accommodation & Hot Springs is located in the Eastern Highlands and is at the border of Vatnajökull National Park. Friendly staff, hot tubs, tasty dinner and breakfast.

Set along the Seydisfjordur Fjord, these cottages are less than 3 km from the town of Seydisfjorudur. Each offers impressive panoramic views and a large terrace with an outdoor hot tub and BBQ. This Fjord that the house is located in is one of the most beautiful! The house is absolutely perfect and comfortable. It is cozy, warm and clean. The hot tub on the deck is fantastic! I highly recommend staying here!
