All the staff, from cleaning ladies to reception, bar and restaurant employees, is genuinely nice and caring. It's really a home away from home, just with better food, comfier rooms, and a spa. :D They even upgraded us for free to an AMAZING suite, once we realised we messed up our booking. Thank you for all your effort to accommodate us. We had a friend with many medical dietary needs, and they made sure she was taken care of. Spa is beyond, and never too full. We are counting the days until we are back!

I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature.

The large and exclusive spa boasts a sauna, fitness corner, indoor pool and Turkish bath. Massages are available on request. Beautiful hotel grounds, everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options. Everything was just perfect – highly recommended!

The hotel is made up of 2 separate buildings. Reception and the restaurant are set in the main building, while Rooms are located in both the main building and the annex, where the sauna is also located. There is no dedicated ski bus, but a public bus line is available nearby. It was really clean, a little far from the center but near the highway and well connected with the local transport. The room was really clean, with everything you might need, and even if outside was below zero, the room stayed warm even after opening the window. We tried the Spa and it was really relaxing too!
