Service i verdensklasse! Vi var syke på denne turen og trengte legehjelp. De ansatte på Baba Residences var raskt på plass og bestilte legetime på 10 minutter! I dagene vi var der, ble vi fulgt nøye opp og vi var aldri i tvil om at de ville yte sitt ytterste for at vi skulle være så komfortable som mulig . Utsikten var også til å dø for!

Astoria er et familiedrevet 4-stjernershotell i enden av Rapallos strandpromenade. Hotellet er en villa i jugendstil og har kostnadsfri Wi-Fi og elegante rom med klimaanlegg og satellitt-TV. What is not to like?! The property is one of 5 beautiful similar buildings on a wonderful street and location in Rapallo. Excellent base to explore local gems like Santa Margherita Ligure, Recco, and Camogli. Perfect location for everything, including the ferry and the local market along the street on certain days. We got lucky to experience the chocolate festival as well! The room was spacious with a great bathroom and the room had a perfect view right out to the water/beach/sunset. The breakfast is by far the best breakfast we have had at a non-brand name hotel in Europe! And as if it couldn't be any better, then there's the STAFF! Sara started us off on such a positive note with her very helpful and friendly emails prior to arrival, then to meet her in person was the icing on the cake. She is such a lovely caring person and she made us feel like family. She gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. Elina greeted us also on arrival and when she found out we needed to check in quickly to make the ferry to Portofino (last one of the season), she immediately got us checked in quickly and then went out the door with us to show us exactly where to meet the ferry! And Greta. She is amazing and so friendly and incredibly helpful! We saw her often because she was working a lot, and she always greeted us like we were her brothers and with a big smile on her face. She helped with our requests and even created a small box to help us mail a package while there. All 3 of them helped us greatly while retrieving one of our pieces of luggage that was delayed and then had it placed in the room once it arrived. Needless to say, we loved our 6 days at this property and would come back in a heartbeat! Congrats on a winning place in every aspect and your staff are the best assets of all!

Set in over 16000 m² of tropical gardens, this luxury hotel is set on the seafront promenade, a 5-minute walk from Sanremo Casino. It features a modern spa and outdoor pool with large sun terrace. The best hotel I have ever been . We lost money by the pool and even didn’t know about it . The staff of the hotel found 750€ and gave us . The best hotel in the world and the best staff in the world . The food was perfect,delicious and fresh . The service was at the highest level . I will come back to this stunning hotel.

A place to dream, to relax and enjoy the beautiful Santa Margherita and the Ligurian coast! The breakfast was unbelievable: all homemade, very tasty. Good parking facilities and easy to walk downtown. Our stay in this place exceeded our expectations and we will be back.
