We tried the spa, all of the meals, the pools, the gym, the organized yoga classes, and the hangout spots, and all exceeded expectations. You completely get what you pay for here. The half-board option was well worth it; a 5-star restaurant experience every night. We used Santre as a launching pad for multiple hiking day trips, so it meant that we ended up missing a few dinners (and really missed them!) but the hotel is well-placed geographically.

How modern and vast its resources are. The Spa, the room, the breakfast and the staff all attribute to a 10/10. I would definitely stay again. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was flawless the atmosphere to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The location is truly exceptional, nestled in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by mountains. It offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views, yet still easily accessible. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature.

The hotel rooms and facilities are extremely clean. We enjoyed the whirlpool and saunas, especially in the outdoor area. Our food was very tasty and the staff at the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming. We recommend this hotel!

The place really makes a great first impression, the reception has a blackboard with the name of each guest arriving that day, a small but very thoughtful gesture. Very large room with lovely wooden furniture, a bath tub that was much appreciated after hiking. They even have a gym which can be used on rainy days. Super close to the Kronplatz 2000 cable car station. They pride themselves on being a family hotel and they excel in making the guests feel like part of that family. The champagne breakfast is very impressive and so is the cocktail menu in their evening bar.
