The facilities in the hotel were amazing, thermal baths relaxing and we found it easy to unwind. Never busy. Outdoor swimming pools really lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and shades. Food in hotel of great quality and reasonably priced. Rooms were spacious clean with an amazing view. Easy walk to Bardolino or Cesaria. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and full of smiles and passion for the area. A lovely place to be.

Kitchen is great and ready for cooking.
Jacuzzi with great massage is perfect after long walks.

beautiful setting, wonderful pool, comfortable modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Drinks served by the pool, ice lollies brought round to cool us down, lovely fresh breakfast, restaurant bookings made, we felt incredibly pampered. Stayed 2 days but could have stayed a week - an ideal location to go off on trips and return to relax by pool.

The superior apartment was super spacious, it was sold as a 1 bed but actually had 2 bedrooms and a separate lounge. The resort is stylish and relaxed. We were instantly at ease. The pools are beautiful. The restaurant view is stunning and the snack bar was also great during the day.

Overall the property is beautiful and well kept.
In my opinion The best parts are the pools, spa and lounge.
The cave room with real snow and the large sauna were my absolute favorites. We were there in the summer and it wasn't too crowded with enough space to relax and enjoy the different saunas and pools. The steam area and the sauna are mix naked areas, we really enjoyed it, but some people didn’t. Something to take in consideration if you want to enjoy this areas.

The room was quite big and the view was excellent (you could see the Monte Civetta peak from the balcony). The staff was very helpful recommending places to go visit / hike. Also the Spa area is in a good status having a sauna, steam bath, hot tub, kneipp. Reasonably close to the Marmolada cable car, but unfortunately these were closed when we were there.

It was such a pleasure to be hosted at Eugenio's place. He is a great host, the apartment is just a joy. It is in the middle of everything and has very easy access to all the main places including the bus from the airport. Everything in the apartment is new and posh. (In the beginning, we wanted to book one of the hotels and I am very glad not to do so) The bathroom is great, and very spacious with a very nice jacuzzi, living room has a smart TV (you can log in with your Netflix account) and a pool table.
