A special shoutout to Omar, who picked us up from the airport and took care of us throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, he was always available and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, from local recommendations to transportation and even translating when needed. He’s not only a great driver but also one of the friendliest and most genuine people we met during our trip. Always smiling, always polite, and always ready to assist. His presence really added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. We’d gladly come back!

Toiletries in the bathroom high quality. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was top-notch, and best part is staff are absolutely amazing. I’ve been to most 5 star hotels in Amman, and Hilton definitely stands out.
