This was a great hotel stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. At the restaurant we were served our own delicious tray of traditional mansaf, special thank you to Hala and her amazing service as well as the rest of the staff! They also provide tours around Amman and Jordan which allowed us to see the sights with our own personal driver, allowing us to see everything so much more smoothly than on our own including the Dead Sea, Petra, Ajloun, and Jerash to name a few. Ibrahim was our driver and he was amazing! The rooms are clean and modern which made our stay relaxing and comfortable after kind days of exploring. Can not fault anything about the hotel or the staff and will definitely be back here again

Located in the commercial district of Shmeisani, Hilton Amman is contemporary designed hotel within a walking distance from shopping centers. Hilton Amman is a nice hotel with satisfactory facilities. The location is central -though these neighborhood has been less popular in last decade. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had breakfast and lunch, both were very delicious. The hotel is nice but the staff is excellent, and that really impressed me. I was a solo traveler for work and I had no expectations. From check-in to the check-out I was treated very politely. I was given a room upgrade and complementary breakfast. I was checked on by the guest services if everything was going well. Gym/spa staff was kind and helpful. Service staff in the restaurant was kind and disciplined. I was truly impressed and I felt safe.

Breakfast was awesome, what u need they bring for you to the table, food was good quality Fadi from the patio was awesome and friendly Overall the food was good and clean and healthy
