We had a separate area with a table and tatami mats and cushions which we used for eating snacks and relaxing. The community bath was exquisite - clean, several separate baths, and a large gorgeous mosaic made the area very calming and luxurious. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at International Villa on this small, but beautiful island. The view is absolutely worth it’s price and the room was clean and modern furnished. The house offers everything you need, there is a shared space outside as well as an living room and a spacious kitchen. If you plan to cook, you won’t miss anything. Also the check-in went easy an the manager was very friendly and kind.

A recently renovated holiday home situated in Onomichi, The Standard Inn Onomichi-Ikuchijima features a garden. We loved the house - beautifully designed, very comfortable. Nice views of the sea and bordered by fruit trees. Nice mix of Japanese and modern/Scandinavian design. Highly recommend, especially if traveling as a couple.
