The bath is also huge, so even though it's not an onsen, you can feel like at one. There is a really nice park 5 mins away, so don't miss to visit it. And a cherry on the top if the cake: the owner is super nice, very helpful, just a kind of a person that you like to meet during your journey. Him and his wife invited me for a tea ceremony at their home, and we made soba noodles together and so much more! As a foreigner, I was delighted to get to know some real Japan in a very authentic way - and I am telling this as a person who visited Japan more than 3 times now! Absolutely the best, if you're thinking of booking - do it, you won't regret it!

Hosts were generous, kind, thoughtful, funny and made me feel right at home. The kitchen had everything one needs to cook a small meal or heat up a bento. There is also a fridge and freezer. There is a lounge right by kitchen with a Japanese heating table, kotatsu, so one can socialize easily and we had meals together a couple times, which gave it a very homey and cozy atmosphere.
