Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

El Eternal Flame alberga un restaurante, un bar y tiene wifi gratis. Dispone de estacionamiento gratuito. Lovely host. They offered to pick me up at Happo One Bus Terminal and recommended me some nice restaurants around the lodge. The bus stop is right in front of the lodge and drive to Hakuba47. Highly recommended

El alojamiento Pension Tomato se encuentra a 10 minutos en auto de la estación de esquí de Hakuba Happo-One Winter y ofrece habitaciones amplias de estilo occidental con zona de loft. Close to the main road, amazingly friendly staffs, good size room with bath. Fridge, washing machine, ensuite bath, big kitchen space were available. We had 4 single beds in our room and was big enough for all 4 of us. The bed was comfortable too. The onsen in the shared area was also nice. You had to make reservations in advance to secure a 45min slot. One was only inside but the other had both inside and outside baths.

Il Bosco, ubicado en Hakuba, ofrece wifi gratis, y los huéspedes pueden aprovechar bicicletas gratis, una terraza y un restaurante. Delightful in every way. Long to go back in the winter to see Il Bosco buried in snow. The wonderful owners, Naomi and Koki, could not be more hospitable. So helpful and kind. Freshly baked bread at breakfast and great pasta for dinner. I feel very nostalgic about my stay.

Featuring a hot tub, massage treatments and tennis courts, Hotel La Neige offers rooms with a balcony and nature views. It provides a free shuttle service and free Wi-Fi. Super hotel. We first stayed here back in 2019 and even thought the ownership has changed the hotel’s still very welcoming and is a great place to stay. This time we had one of the cabins in the forest rather than staying in the main hotel. The apres-ski in the lounge is a nice bonus.They offer a shuttle to Happo-One and Iwatake and back & the ski-bus to Hakuba 47 stops at the end of the driveway, so it’s easy for skiing. The staff couldn’t be more cheerful or helpful so all in all a very nice Christmas break.

Great location - walking distance to the slopes, bars and restaurants. Very clean and very comfortable. Incredibly helpful staff especially the owner who went to great efforts to help us with everything we needed.

The property had everything we needed. Dolly was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Very convenient to good ramen and a 7-11.
