Located in Hakuba, 12 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area, Hakuba Amber Resort by Jade Group offers accommodation with a hot tub. The pictures don't do it justice. We were at the two bedroom house and the view, the furnishing and the decorations were breathtaking! Also there's 2.5 baths instead of 2 as advertised. The location is perfect - about 10 minute walk to the restaurants. However what really made our stay so memorable was the service team. They felt like family and were super responsive to every request on WhatsApp. From restaurant and onsen suggestions to helping us book tables. They sent their own car in a snow storm to rescue us from cortina when all taxis cancelled on us. Words can't describe our appreciation and thank you for making our annual family trip so perfect.

Eternal Flame features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Free parking is available on site. The main street of Hakuba Echoland is a 6-minute walk away, and features many restaurants/bars. Really nice and relaxing. Loved the chalets, just big enough to feel at home. The owners are also very helpful at all times and very nice. Breakfast was really good with something different every morning and beautifully prepared. The common lounge area was also very comfy and a great place to meet other people, or just to read and have tea.

Situated in Hakuba in the Nagano region, with Happo-One Ski Resort and Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal nearby, Pension Belnina features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as... Amazing amenities (private onsen was the best), close proximity to great restaurants and bars (walking distance, but still peaceful and quiet at Belnina), delicious home cooked breakfast buffet, and the absolute kindest owner. The experience was very personable and we will definitely be back!

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. This was one of the best stays I have had in Japan. The guests were lovely and very accomodating. They made us feel right at home. Their property is beatiful and nestled in the center of Hakuba, a 5 min walk from the free shuttle bus which made transport to the mountain so easy. The room was cozy and the beds were comfy. The place was very well maintained and clean with all the basic amenities you need including a coffee machine. There was a private onsen with an indoor and outdoor space with cozy views of the falling snow. It was the best thing ever to relax in after coming home from a busy day on the mountains. They also introduced to us arguably the best candies we've ever had: Lawson Mango Gummies 😂 I had a great time and would recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay in Hakuba and I hope to go back in the future.

Set in Hakuba, Il Bosco offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes, a terrace and a restaurant. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Really nice and cozy place to stay. Koki is very nice and friendly and will always try to answer our queries. Also love their private bath after a day of snowboarding. Morning and evening shuttle bus between hakuba goryu ski resort and Il Bosco, makes the it easier to get to and back from ski resort (otherwise it will be a 15mins walk).

Incredibly helpful staff especially the owner who went to great efforts to help us with everything we needed.
