O Eternal Flame oferece restaurante, bar e WiFi gratuito. Fornece estacionamento gratuito no local. It was our 2nd stay at the Eternal Flame in two years and once again, we loved every minute. Arrival: Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco, while our bags were brought up to the room. As two years ago, we felt very welcomed in a very peaceful environment at the Eternal Flame. Nao then arranged for pick up by the rental gear shop, so that we would be ready for the next morning. Breakfast: Again everyday there was a three-course breakfast. As two years ago I was very pleased that we had Eggs Benedict in the five days we stayed among French Toast, Toast and scrambled eggs/sausage, respectively. Due to being this time during the Lunar New Year, unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the incredible dinner course. Hope that next time, we will be there a bit off-season. Dinner: Based on our experience two years ago, we arranged for dinner reservations (google>table check) beforehand. Nao is also helpful setting up reservations, but it remains a challenge when Hakuba and esp. Echoland is full of tourists. Ski: As before, there is the shuttle bus going to Goryu (Iimori and Hakuba 47) as well as Iwatake. For Goryu reduced price ski passes are organized by Nao, while for Iwatake you would have to purchase them online through the QR code provided. Bathroom: Shared facilities are well maintained and esp. the hot Onsen after a day of skiing was very welcome to relax. Laundry: Eternal Flame provided free laundry, which was very surprising, since I have not come any hotel so far, which would do it for free. Again top notch service. Room: Was rather functional, but we knew what to expect, mattresses have been very comfortably hard. Lounge: Provides coffee, tee, sweets and has comfortable sofas to simply chill out. Will surely stay again at Eternal Flame, when in Hakuba!

Belnina had a very nice family feel. Taka, Seiko and their friend Danny made our stay fantastic. Taka was very helpful with resort information and went beyond by picking us up and dropping us to the station. Seiko and Danny did a great job with breakfast, especially with the homemade baking. The drying room was great and the onsen was a great addition after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

A 10 minutos de carro da Estação de Esqui Hakuba Happo-One Winter, a Pension Tomato oferece quartos espaçosos de estilo ocidental com área de loft. Close to the main road, amazingly friendly staffs, good size room with bath. Fridge, washing machine, ensuite bath, big kitchen space were available. We had 4 single beds in our room and was big enough for all 4 of us. The bed was comfortable too. The onsen in the shared area was also nice. You had to make reservations in advance to secure a 45min slot. One was only inside but the other had both inside and outside baths.

We loved staying at Tokiwa-Tei and enjoyed the warmest welcome from Keika and and all the staff during our time. Beautiful Japanese and Western breakfasts on offer every morning and amazing proximity to the Escal Plaza bus stop and Hakuba Goryu resort were just a few of many holiday highlights for us in Hakuba. This truly is a fantastic and cozy forest cabin. The entire cabin has a two-story structure above the ground. The interior is very large and spacious, with a generously sized common area where you can find almost everything you could think of, including laundry and drying facilities which are a significant plus. The cabin's indoor space is ample and adequate. I believe even if you don't ski, you could easily spend an entire day here. All the structures inside have been carefully designed by the owners, Neomi and Koki, and are very eco-friendly. After a day of skiing or outdoor activities, you can also book a free session to enjoy the "BIG BATH," a very special private bath experience. The location is very close to the GoRyu ski resort, within walking distance. Furthermore, Neomi kindly drove us to Happo-one on the days when the shuttle service was not available, which was truly great. Moreover, there's no need to worry about transportation between the station and the accommodation, as there's a pickup and drop-off service for check-in and checkout. The custom breakfast was fantastic; we really liked it and highly recommend it. I hope to have the chance to visit this beautiful cabin again in the future.

Great location - walking distance to the slopes, bars and restaurants. Very clean and very comfortable. Incredibly helpful staff especially the owner who went to great efforts to help us with everything we needed.
