great communication made access to property easy. Located within walking distance of Peace Park and close to metro stop. We enjoyed having space to relax. The washing machine and bathroom drying facility were excellent.

Spacious room with comfortable traditional Japanese bedding Friendly staff who were happy to assist with luggage storage Breakfast option available, very handy because nothing really opens until 9am on island. The public bath was nice and relaxing after a big day of hiking and sightseeing

Close to the station . Lovely terrace with city view . The staff were very helpful we stayed for an hr on the roof top in the afternoon after exploring the city after our morning checkout until our train time. It was very refreshing as it has outdoor lounge and shade to relax for a while insted of waiting in the waiting rooms at the train station . Lovely staff . Bathroom was good and spacious .. fully renovated. Little kitchen was helpful too.

The hotel lays on a perfect distance from the ferry, but in the nicer quieter area. We had a spacious room with a view on the sea and pier. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast very much. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The public bath (onsen) is also available. Everything is there. They make your bed during your dinner.

Outstanding hotel. Fantastic spacious room, quiet and great sized bathroom. Excellent location, a short walk to bus stops, street cars and restaurants. Delicious breakfast and lovely lounge space upstairs.

Away from the crowds - definitely one of the best hotels of our stay in Japan. The room was spacious and very well equipped. All you need after a great day outside Miayajima is your yukata, your basket full of bath products to chill and relax in the onsen. Amazing japanese breakfast awaits you downstairs in the morning. Bonus : prepare yourself, the onsen is unbelievable!

Very comfortable, traditional Japanese room. Futon was very nice to sleep on. The room was big, plenty of space to have bags and sit at the low table. Lovely big window with light. Shared bathrooms were clean. We didn't use the kitchen or lounge area. Well located, near the Peace Park and easy to catch trams nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The spa was an amazing surprise - a big public bath which was so relaxing. Location was great

The room was new and clean. Room size and bathroom, and the sink space was good enough for two. Thought it was very reasonable for the price. I enjoyed the lounge service such as evening drinks and weekend morning drinks.
