The staff is super friendly and they helped us with everything. The experience and service altogether is top class, exceeding my expectations by far. Blown away by the culture and traditions of a ryokan and greatly enjoyed the Onsens. Definetly will come back if the opportunity presents again

The room and the whole hotel was absolutely top-notch. Everything was super clean and modern. The facilities on the room (bathroom, open-air bath, etc.) were all amazing. Lots of "free" drinks to chose from (including alcohol) and one bar of ice cream per person. The room service food was great too. The beds were huge.
