The most wonderful stay at a property that was hands down the most luxurious one we stayed at whilst our two weeks in Japan. Describing the suite and the level of care that has gone into making this ryokan a pampering experience for guests in words would not do it justice. From the private onsen, Aesop products in the bathroom, fully stocked fridge everyday (all complimentary), huge and extra comfortable beds and incredible Japanese breakfast. We loved every second of our stay in Kanazawa and were so glad to add an extra night.

The staff is very attentive: they explain the facilities of the ryokan, provide you with a map and point out the most important places to visit in the area. It was a pleasure, one of the best stays we have had in Japan.
