Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Amazing experience, everything was perfect. Very beautiful place with lovely scenery, highly recommend.

Hakone Suimeiso is located a 3-minute walk from Hakone Yumoto Station and a 15-minute walk from Sounji Temple. It offers public hot-spring baths, free parking on site and free Wi-Fi access. Wonderful traditional ryokan just a short walk from Hakone-Yumoto station, with stunning views of the river and the forest from the room and the outdoor onsen. It feels secluded and truly idyllic, yet is close to the center. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we felt very comfortable. Kaiseki-dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and so delicous. The whole stay was a great experience for us. Absolutly recommended!

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. The room and view was spectacular. Truly 5 star. The gym was very well equipped and open 24 hours…even Chris Bumsted (Mr Olympia) would have been happy. The spa facilities were excellent.

Featuring a bar, SAKE Kura Hotel 川崎宿 is located in Kawasaki in the Kanagawa region, 5.3 km from Omori Hachiman Shrine and 5.7 km from Miwa Itsukushima Shrine. Really comfortable and ideal for resting before going to Haneda airport. The room was really nice and staff were really attentive and kind. We stayed for one night but we enjoyed it a lot.
