Die im April 2017 eröffnete Unterkunft Hakone Kowakien Tenyu bietet Zimmer im japanischen Stil mit Tatamiböden. So so so beautiful and the staff was amazing only stayed for a night before heading off to my next location but would definitely stay another night to explore Hakone. Tried new foods I normally wouldn’t eat as well which was a great experience as well 🙂‍↕️

Das Hakone Suimeiso liegt 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Hakone Yumoto und 15 Gehminuten vom Tempel Sounji entfernt. Excellent location, modern hotel with traditional rooms and meal plans, which were seasonal. Lovely attitude from the staff! You can leave your luggage at the reception before check-in/after check-out. The tatami beds were really comfortable and everything was clean. Loved the private bath!

It's four bedroom house with very comfortable futons on the tatami, a very nice kitchen and bathroom. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Kaisei department store and about a 20 minute walk to Mito Station. It has free parking for a rental car, too.

He took us to an incredible thrift store (Harman) and made reservations at an incredible modern Japanese restaurant (Zion). The house is beautiful and the onsen amazing. The pillows and futon are best we had during 4 weeks in Japan. Thank you Hiro San!

The rooms were very roomy. They had all the amenities in the room, like a washer dryer, a big refrigerator, huge shower, and the beds were comfortable. The location was the best part. Below was the JR station, and shopping, food, and it is at the quieter side of Shibuya. I will definitely stay here again.
