Amazing staff, impressive facilities and the dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing !! Me and my partner really loved the place ! We can't wait to come back. It was definitely worth the experience !

Below was the JR station, and shopping, food, and it is at the quieter side of Shibuya. I will definitely stay here again.

The immediate surrounding area was very atmospheric and had plenty to do. Recommend getting a reservation at Fuku nearby in particular- we ended up going twice! Friendly and helpful staff who helped us organise reservations, luggage transfer, and gave tips (Tsubasa's 'plan your next day whilst relaxing in the hot tub' tip deserves a special mention). We would go back in a heartbeat (and hope to one day!)
