We were greeted by the owner of the hotel, a very kind woman and her husband. During our stay we were very well treated: without asking our luggage was brought upstairs, we got nice gifts (sake) and lots of recommendations. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view, the futon mattresses were very comfy. The location was also perfect for us, not too far from the city center but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Above all we also really enjoyed the public bath.

Though the hotel foyer looks bare, the room and everything inside are immaculate and well appointed. We had a great and confortable stay. The property is a few minutes walk to the Sendai Station, shopping malls and surrounded by resturants. Everything is near- conveniently situated making access to places of interest easy and manageable. Bubble bath is also free for women. Thanks Sendai Vista Hotel!
