Nice hotel facing Lake Kawaguchiko, the onsen was great! Breakfast was okay. Room is super spacious, fully equipped with open air hot bath. Staffs were all super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the highway bus.

Lovely host, rented bicycles free of charge which made it easy to explore the local area. Amazing views of Fuji. Room seemed newly upgraded and was lovely. The private Onsens were great.

From the start to end everything was perfect. The room view, the room size, the bathroom and the amenities, the cleanliness, the little cars in front of the door to inform you that cleaning is in process. The breakfast, the dinner, the chef thanking to customers for eating his food. I recommend the massage, seems expensive at first look but is is a marvelous experience. The F1 circuit just close and the museum in the same building are bringing a lot of enthusiasts, in the rest Gotemba shopping is bringing others. I can say that we felt spoiled and lucky to be there.
