Fantastic hosts, so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. They literally drove us to the slopes every day and picked us up. They even drove us to Nagano to catch the train back to Tokyo at the end of our stay. The accommodation has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is super modern. To get the best from this property, get stuck in and meet the other guests, it's such a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Noise levels drop by 10pm to ensure a peaceful night sleep and the breakfast/ food it's awesome. Thanks for the fabulous welcome to all the staff at Dark Horse.

Extremely beautiful house with lovely decorations. Very clean and comfortable place. It maybe a little bit difficult to find the exact location through driving, but the house owner replied messages very frequently and give great help.

O Eternal Flame dispõe de um restaurante, de um bar e de acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. Está disponível estacionamento gratuito no local. Nao and his family are the best hosts you can imagine. They go high and low for you without asking. It felt warm and welcome, and nothing was too much. We stayed in the new cabins, which had everything we needed. It was new, clean, luxurious, and had the best hosts. They made great breakfasts early in the morning. I would recommend the cabin to anyone out there! The best place in Japan.

Helpful and friendly host that took good care of us and recommended ski resorts/restaurants. There are two private onsen in the property to have a proper bath after a full day of snowboarding/skiing. And the breakfast was amazing as well

Yorozuya localiza-se em Yamanouchi, a 4,1 km de Parque dos Macacos Jigokudani e a 10 km de Ryuoo Ski Park. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also attentive to every detail, always ready to assist with a smile.

A Pension Tomato está situada a 10 minutos de carro da Estância de Esqui Hakuba Happo-One e disponibiliza quartos espaçosos de estilo ocidental com uma área de loft. Love it. Super friendly hosts who helped us a lot, offered to pick us up, take us to hire gear at echoland (with discount at affiliated store), take us to deliver our luggage and send us to the station upon checking out. Booked restaurants for us too since we didn't have a local phone number. Thank you so much! Great accommodation, very cosy and nice atmosphere, vending machine inside, 2 onsen rooms (one of which has an outdoor onsen too, very nice in the snow) which can be used privately by booking each day. Drying room for ski gear is very convenient. Short walking distance (<5 min) to free local bus stop to goryu, happo, iwatake and also to echoland base camp for the hakuba valley shuttle. Buses only run a few each day and finish pretty early, best to not miss the last one as getting a taxi can be a pain! Breakfast needs to be booked by 10am from the previous day, but it's amazing, highly recommended.
