We loved the attention to detail, especially the vintage record player with Japanese vinyls and how well stocked the kitchen was (oil, spices, rice, coffee etc. - the best we had in Japan!). Staff was very accommodating. Very spacious, perfect for our group. We had to change the group size due to a mistake of our own and it was very easy to resolve, thank you for that. We had a great time!

The outdoor private onsen was heaven and the dinner and breakfast were world-class. The staff were so kind and attentive and helpful, even though I don’t speak any Japanese. A very special place in a beautiful area of Nara.
