We loved the attention to detail, especially the vintage record player with Japanese vinyls and how well stocked the kitchen was (oil, spices, rice, coffee etc. - the best we had in Japan!). Staff was very accommodating. Very spacious, perfect for our group. We had to change the group size due to a mistake of our own and it was very easy to resolve, thank you for that. We had a great time!

The hotel room is spacious and very clean, exactly as described & shown on the photos on Booking.com. The staff are all very polite, service-minded and friendly. The check in & out process was effective and they are helpful with luggage. The hotel has a real authentic Japanese style. We also enjoyed the in-house hot-spring bath. The best experience of our stay were the two dinners, which were really nice, authentic Japanese foods with many different specialties and served in a real Japanese way. Although I have visited Japan many times when staying in large hotels, this is the first time I experienced the authentic Japanese hospitality. It is highly recommended.
