Probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to- can’t wait to come back one day!

Shuttle runs across the street to Hirafu.. without shuttle it is only about 10-15 mins walk uphill. The location is perfect and they made everything so easy.

Everything was great, like really excellent and wonderful, except the hotel communication prior arrival, takes them ages to reply to emails or no reply at all. But everything was sorted upon arrival. Stuff at points a bit slow and lost, but very sweet. Most of the hotels have the same issues, unfortunately, difficult to find street smart and fast people.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Travelled with my wife and two friends to the property for Skiing. Clean, comfortable facilities with a beautiful hot tub to use after skiing. Requires a car to easily access ski lifts.
