Our 5-day stay was truly the best experience we've ever had. Having stayed at many luxury hotels before, I can confidently say that Patina Osaka stands out as the best of the best. Everything from the location to the staff’s hospitality and overall service was flawless. In particular, we had an exceptional experience thanks to the incredible thoughtfulness of Eden Kim, a Korean staff member. Since we don't speak Japanese, Eden went above and beyond to take care of us—not only assisting with communication but also personally making reservations at local hidden gems and ensuring every aspect of our stay was comfortable. We would like to express our deepest gratitude once again to Eden Kim for providing such a memorable experience. We are already planning to return later this year!

I travel a lot. This is one of the best hotels in the last 25 years. It is beyond the categories of stars. It is as if you came to a wonderful old friend and he received you with warmth and love. Excellent layouts with thoughtful solutions down to the last detail. The location is convenient for exploring Osaka and all the nearby cities. The most important thing is the staff. Wonderful people who left the warmest memories of themselves. So if you have the opportunity to stay here - consider yourself a lucky chance that you simply must take advantage of. You will have the best memories in your life. It is worth every dollar spent, regardless of the price. I wish the hotel and its staff good luck and thank you for the hospitality shown.

The location was great, only a short walk from two different stations and right next to a Family Mart. The room was very clean and comfortable with good security and codes. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, even was accommodating to our sudden requests. We hope to come back to Osaka and if we do, we will stay here again.
