We stayed in this location because we were planning on seeing a kabuki at the Shochiku-za theatre and wanted to stay close so we did not need to worry about catching last trains after going out after the show. I was worried it might be a bit loud given the proximity to high traffic Osaka nightlife areas, but found the apartment to be quite peaceful. The building itself is small with only a couple of rooms on each floor. The convenience store was right next door and there was lots of shopping and restaurants easily accessible. I particularly loved that there was a public bathhouse right by the apartment! Close access to the train station as well. Great home base for a couple of nights.
