Has everything you need and the washer/dryer was very helpful. Nice quiet location (outside the chaos of the city) just a short walk from the station.

The rooms were very roomy. They had all the amenities in the room, like a washer dryer, a big refrigerator, huge shower, and the beds were comfortable. The location was the best part. Below was the JR station, and shopping, food, and it is at the quieter side of Shibuya. I will definitely stay here again.

I had the most wonderful, luxurious stay at skM hotel! Firstly, location! So convenient to get to and from haneda airport. I took the airport limousine bus to skM hotel. Bus stop just 5 mins walk to hotel. If you take the train, also very convenient from Kinshicho station. Plenty of eateries, shopping around the neighborhood. Muji, daiso, Uniqlo all at doorstep. The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast, though a simple one, was plated beautifully, together with wonderful coffee and hot soup. It's good enough to start your day. Delivered with a smile to your room every morning! And the room? I am so impressed by the cleanliness, spaciousness, and very, very comfortable bed! The bathroom is so huge! So much space to move around and the toiletries are high end and of luxurious quality. Wine, bottled water, chocolate, peanuts all for your consumption! I'm just so glad I came across this hotel and had one of the best stays in my travels!
