The atmosphere was superb, very helpful and kind staff! The food was also brilliant, I also used their sauna room which was very nice too and very reasonably priced. Overall, wonderful for the price. The view from the room of the lake was unbelievable as well.

It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Dinner was a truly cool experience, featuring exquisite Japanese cuisine that was both authentic and delicious. The onsen was also exceptional, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The overall vibe of the hotel was inviting and warm, making it a perfect retreat. Highly recommended!

Offering mountain views, Wakamatsuya in Zao Onsen provides accommodation, an open-air bath, a garden, a terrace, a bar and a shared lounge. The hotel was lovely and staff were excellent. Great location and an easy walk to the ski field and village for dinner. I stayed in a traditional Japanese room and the view of the village was beautiful. The staff were always helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Yuuyu No Sato Yusa offers a sauna and free private parking, and is within 12 km of Zao Onsen Ski Resort and 2.9 km of Lina World. Helpful and friendly staff and amazing food. We stayed in one of the rooms with the private outdoor bath. The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable.
