We were super lucky with the weather and got the most beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our balcony. The bathtub overlooking the lake and Mt Fuji is an absolute must!

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. We ordered the traditional dinner menu in our room, staff went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we were doing (cook partly yourself), we also used the private onsen which was amazing with the view of fuji for a brief second through the clouds.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Absolutely breathtaking hotel, with a gorgeous view on Mt Fuji from your bed. The bathroom was big and confortable, and it had many amenities to use. Even the lobby was nice and could be used to sit down and relax whilst having a drink. The free e-bike rental was a major plus as it allows you to travel around the lakes all day. The shuttle service is a must as the hotel is located on a steep hill

They are so helpful and nice to converse with. The outdoor onsen is the best thing about the place. Amazing vibes. The staff will help you throughout the stay and I can’t believe how nice they are.

グランファーム富士河口湖 Granfarm Fujikawaguchiko bevindt zich in Fujikawaguchiko, op 7,3 km van Kawaguchimeer en 10 km van pretpark Fuji-Q Highland. Super mooie plek. Alles heel netjes verzorgd en aanwezig.

SORAYADO 宙宿 ligt in Tsuru en biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Elke unit heeft een eigen badkamer en een bidet, airconditioning, een flatscreen-tv en een koelkast. My stay in Sorayado was the best in my life. The house nestled within a mountainous area is big and beautiful, and the room is exceptionally comfortable. I felt at home for all three weeks I stayed there. The room has everything you might need; everything is thought out to the very smallest detail. You can rent a bike for free; the common area has coffee machines. The host, Sudzuki-san, is kind, hardworking, very helpful, and always goes the extra mile to accommodate any of your requests. My stay was completely seamless, and all my needs were met. There is a supermarket near the hotel with a variety of cooked food, coffee, snacks, drinks, and everything else you might need during your hotel stay. Tsuru is beautiful and has many great, affordable restaurants. I highly recommend Sorayado for a quiet stay in the Japanese mountains with easy access to Tokyo's JR line.

Glamping Cottage Kawaguchiko bevindt zich in Fujikawaguchiko in de regio Yamanashi, dicht bij Fujiomuro Sengen Shrine. This was one of my favourite places I have ever stayed in Japan. It had gorgeous views of Fuji. The house was very large and easily fit our family of five. It had plenty of amenities (including a spa bath which we appreciated after many days of walking around). Would highly recommend.
