I must mention Lucine from the reception staff who was attentive and accommodating, she truly made our stay memorable. We highly appreciate her genuine care for making our stay exceptional.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The front desk managers took all our requests and comments to heart and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool, beach, balcony, and the café on site. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to a busy strip full of activity, yet tucked away in a quiet spot where you can relax and enjoy the view. Highly recommended!

Great location, easy access to all amenities . Very clean, beautifully decorated hôtel. Nice grounds in and out. Comfortable room with great view of the sea. Pools also great, clean and at the perfect température. Also Great food options, from breakfast buffet to à la carte. Staff very pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. Everyone , from the front door entrance to the the front desk personnel are truly exceptional. Found each one to be very helpful and they truly go out of their way to make you not only feel welcomed and comfortable , but also ensure that all of your needs are met, whether you need a car for hire, or a dinner reservation, etc.

Aber das Personal war einfach hervorragend, nett, zuvorkommend, mehr als freundlich und stets bemüt einem überall zu helfen! Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt: Mr. Alaa und Mr. Mohamed aus dem Restaurant für den tollen Service! Rosalie, Souheir und Cybelle von der Rezeption gilt sich ein besonderer Dank. Alle Mitarbeiter hatten stets ein Lachen im Gesicht und waren mehr als bemüht und freundlich!! Der Shuttleservice hat hervorragend funktioniert. Essen/Frühstück im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und eine grosse Auswahl! wir kommen jedenfalls sehr gerne wieder!
