We had a wonderful stay at The Argyle, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is set in a beautiful location surrounded by rolling tea fields, with lovely views and a real sense of calm. The building itself is elegant and well designed, and the heated outdoor pool is a real treat. We loved being able to walk around the surrounding area and take in the scenery and peaceful atmosphere. It is the perfect place to slow down and relax. What truly sets The Argyle apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shiva and Sudharshan, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We felt very spoilt with thoughtful extras and upgrades, which made the experience even more special. The spa massage was excellent and well worth it, particularly after a day of travelling. The food at the restaurant was very nice, and once again the service stood out, with Prasanth providing warm and attentive care throughout our meals. Overall, The Argyle is a beautiful and relaxing retreat with outstanding hospitality. We would highly recommend it and would happily stay again.

Located in the beautiful Nuwara Eliya Hills, boutique hotel Langdale by Amaya offers luxury rooms with amazing hillside views. It features an outdoor pool, a restaurant and free Wi-Fi. The location could not be more perfect. A gorgeous cottage right in the middle tea fields, you could not ask for a better way to experience the Nuwara Eliya/ Nanu Oya hill country. The staff were exceptional in theory professionalism and friendliness. The fppd was exquisite. And the view will be forever seared into my memory as what heaven might look like. If you manage to pull yourself away from the delights of the cottage, the Somerset Tea Factory tour was absolutely exceptional. My friend had already been on a tea factory tour and for me the trip was really perfunctory (when in Rome) but it was absolutely fascinating, I learned so much. I could not recommend it more. A top tea-er experience!!
