We spent here our last two nights in Sri Lanka before flying back home and we couldn't do better. In was great in every detial - great room, great food, pool area, beach club, everything was just as it should be. There is a shuttle to beach club every hour and we were lucky to assist with releasing of small turtle hatchlings in the evening right at the beach club. Such a beautiful moment. Thank you!

Amazing boutique hotel, we choose it because of the art and design , but when we arrived it was much more. The hotel upgraded to the room with jacuzzi, but it was the garden and the furniture, the mosaics and the details that fascinated us.

Building has lot of facilities including an infinity pool, tennis court and a very good gym. Every aspect of the building name GRAND shows its grandeour and the apartment was also well maintained and had all the amenities. The property owner was always helpful to resolve raised queries as soon as possible.

The houseboats are very well built and an amazing experience. Meals are very tasty and clean. Overrall an amazing experience. A must do for everyone visiting Colombo.

The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional. The owner was super helpful and always one message or call away. Upon checking in we received a little basket with key supplies which consisted of bread, butter ect. Given that we checked in early at 5am, the supplies came in handy for a quick morning breakfast and tea.
