The room and facilities were of a very high standard, clean and most satisfying. The owners were really accommodating. They really could not have done anymore. They checked in on me everyday, whilst allowing me to enjoy my alone time. The breakfast was above and beyond. It felt like I was eating at a palace. They served me western and Sri Lankan food, encouraging me to try new variations. The owners themselves are just wonderful people, who will stay in my heart forever. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

The whole premises was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The pool is beautiful, and although the ocean was too dangerous to swim when we were there, the beach access is great to have . Our room had a view of the jungle and the ocean and had its own jacuzzi! A very special place, would definitely recommend to stay here!

The manager Fonseca asks and makes suggestions for you to have the best experience at Leopard reach and the safari arranged by Fonseca was amazing. The room was very stylish clean & comfortable also the double whirlpool bath in the room is a plus.

This is our first trip to Sri Lanka, and the first few days in Colombo were so tiring for us. But finally, we arrived at The Waves Beach Chalets, and it was our paradise, we could see birds and monkeys from our terrace. It was amazing. The host and his boys were super helpful, kind, and honest. He cares and helps us with everything. I felt so warm and touched. The service is beyond our expectations. The place is so clean and feel like we have our own beach which we can walk and see turtle next door. There are a few restaurants where we can walk from the property to have lunch or dinner. For breakfast will be served at a nice place where we can see the beach, it was super nice. Or if you would like to go somewhere else, the host also can help to arrange tuk-tuk with a reasonable price. We highly recommend this place in case you would like to come to Tangalle. The place is perfect.

My stay at Eagles Nest completely exceeded all my expectations. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and offered a breathtaking view over the beautiful property and the surrounding mangroves. In the distance, you can hear the gentle sound of the ocean. This peaceful idyll made it impossible not to extend my stay. The breakfast was an absolute dream, with a variety of options to choose from depending on your taste and mood for the day. I can also highly recommend coming for meals outside of breakfast - the restaurant serves fresh, delicious food and everything is prepared with great care. Above all, the family that runs the resort is incredibly warm, attentive, and simply wonderful. Their hospitality truly makes this place special. Thank you for this unforgettable experience and beautiful memories. I would return anytime.

The hotel is fantastic, small houses facing the sea. Pool is amazing, more on the adult side, as is quite deep and really big! Location is fantastic, it was even swimmable in the ocean (what is not always the case in Tangalle area). The beach is almost empty, just a few resorts in the area. The staff were super sweet and friendly and they play volleyball everyday around 5pm. Food was fantastic, I wanted to check out some restaurants in the area but there was no need really as the menu was extensive and we didn't run out of food to try and the prices were on point. Overall it was really relaxing stay.

The accommodation was amazing and truly deserves 10 stars. It is completely new, beautiful, and spotless, with a real hotel standard. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing juice. Throughout our entire stay, we were taken care of by the incredibly kind Shakya Krishan, and we are very grateful to him for all his help and willingness. Everything we needed was arranged immediately — airport transfer at 2 a.m., scooter rental, and he even stayed awake with us at 2 a.m. to prepare breakfast for our trip to Yala National Park and helped us resolve an issue with our delayed transfer to the park. Without his help, we probably wouldn’t have made it. The breakfasts we received every morning after waking up were absolutely perfect. If you ever travel to Tangalle, definitely try this accommodation. We will certainly come back ❤️

We started for one night, The owner was extremely welcome and accommodating. He brought us delicious and cheap dinner so we didn't have to walk anywhere and help with organizing transport to our next accomodation. Don't be worried that it is a new place - it looks just like the photos, everything is clean and comfortable
