Reception staff very friendly and helpful the hotel is a 10 minutes walk from the walking street where cafes and restaurants are and the most strikingly it was super clean and comfortable... I would like to return someday and stay here longer. I had to catch a train to my next destination early in the morning hence missed breakfast but it looked like it was going to be great from the setup. To the management of this hotel Bravo keep doing what you're doing.

The hotel felt new and fresh, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was nicely decorated and clean, which made the stay comfortable overall. However, the bed could be more comfortable and the air conditioning needs some improvement. The breakfast was okay, but the selection could be better. Overall, a nice experience with some room for improvement.
